Centipedes

What are Centipedes? Why do I have them? Are they dangerous?

House centipedes prefer damp and dark areas therefore,  homes with moisture problem may see them in basements, closets, or bathrooms, eve tubs or sinks. House centipedes prey on other small insects. While it's very alarming to see a centipede rushing to your feet they are not considered dangerous to humans. They can bite but better to stay away because most find them to be terrifying enough not to ever touch.
